At IFA DIGITAL SERVICES, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is as follows:

2.1 Digital Marketing Services

  • Before Work Commencement: Full refund available if cancellation is made before any work has begun.
  • After Work Commencement: Refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis, deducting the value of work already completed.
  • Monthly Retainer Services: No refunds for completed months. Cancellation must be communicated 30 days in advance.

2.2 Web Development Services

  • Initial Payment: Non-refundable once project work has commenced.
  • Project Cancellation: Refunds will be calculated based on project completion percentage and work already delivered.
  • Final Payment: Due upon project completion and before website handover.

2.3 SEO Services

  • SEO is an ongoing process with no guaranteed specific rankings or results.
  • No refunds for services already rendered for the billing period.
  • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

2.4 Social Media Marketing

  • Content creation and campaign management fees are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Advertising budgets spent on platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Monthly packages are billed in advance and non-refundable for the current billing cycle.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your refund request via email to contact@ifadigitalservices.online
  2. Include your order/invoice number and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed work or deliverables
  • Third-party expenses (domain registrations, hosting fees, premium plugins, stock images, etc.)
  • Consultation fees once the session has been conducted
  • Custom work that cannot be resold
  • Advertising spend on third-party platforms

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the service type and contract terms.

  • One-time Projects: Cancellation must be made in writing. Work completed until cancellation date will be billed.
  • Monthly Services: 30 days written notice required before cancellation.
  • Long-term Contracts: Early termination fees may apply as per the signed agreement.

In case of any disputes regarding refunds, customers should first contact our support team. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be handled according to the consumer protection laws of India.

IFA DIGITAL SERVICES reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
